Our friendly interior stylists will view your property as it is from the buyer’s eye and will identify any areas of your home that may need improvement. We will walk through each room together and will discuss a prioritised action plan and reasons for implemention to help you have your property on the market as soon as possible. There is nothing more we enjoy than helping owners improve and increase the value of their properties.

Home Staging Consultations

Service 01 - Express Home Staging

Ideal package for units or those who are short on time and require only a guide on ‘how to’ prepare your property for sale.  In this 1 hour package we will review core rooms with you and provide top tips on how to prepare your property for sale.

 

You will also receive;

 

  • Check lists to write down notes

  • Recommendations during room reviews

  • Top tips and open home checklist guide

 

$145.00 inc GST

Additional $50 per hour if required.

 

Mood Boards can be provided for each room for an additional $45 per room.

 

Service 03 - Premium Home Staging
Service 02 - Standard Home Staging

Ideal for 3 bedroom property or those who require a little more help on an action plan.   In this 1.5 hour package, we will review each room and provide top tasks to be completed, discuss cost effective solutions and help you get on your way to impressing home buyers.

 

You’ll also receive:

 

  • Additional 15 minutes of phone/email support as required after the review

  • Check lists to write down notes and recommendations during room reviews

  • Top tips and open home checklist guide


$195.00 inc GST
Additional $50 per hour if required.

 

Mood Boards can be provided for each room for an additional $45 per room.

Service 04 - eStaging Remote Home Staging

In this 2 hour service, we provide you more time to thoroughly review your home and provide recommendations to improve the value of your property to buyers. We spend more time reviewing furniture layout options, traffic zones and options to improve colour and lighting in the home. We’ll also look at street appeal and how you can improve the first impression from the curb to take advantage of the drive by inspections.

 

You’ll also receive:

 

  • Additional 30 minutes of phone/email support as required

  • Check lists to write down notes and recommendations during room reviews

  • Top tips and open home checklist guide

  • Decluttering tips guide; the best way to attack

  • Cleaning tips for preparing your home


$275.00 inc GST
Additional $50 per hour if required.

 

Mood Boards can be provided for each room for an additional $45 per room.

Mood Boards (Sampleboards)

Another great way to help ‘stage’ your home.  For as little as $45, we can provide you with a Mood Board to help you visualise how each room could look if you were to take up our styling recommendations.  Not only will it give you an understanding of the look we are trying to achieve, for a small additional amount we can add ‘in trend’ accessories that are currently for sale in either our Little Urban Lane on line shop, affordable retail shops and other on line stores. This will mean you do not have to spend hours looking for an item similar to what we have recommended.  

 

Nothing beats an onsite consultation however this has to come a close second. You are still getting the same professional styling advice from the same professional source AND  should you need more help or advice after this time, simply email or call us and we’ll give you a quote on how we can help further.

Yes, believe or not we can help stage your home without having someone actually walk through it! Although I can promise you that our stylists are there to help improve your property to sell and are not there to make judgment on how you live, some people are a little embarrassed or feel it is too invasive or just time poor to have us come to their homes. That’s ok we can still help. We can still offer professional styling advice from the very stylist that would normally visit your home.

 

Little Urban Lane offers a service whereby we help improve the appeal of your property by you emailing photos to us for review. All you are required to do is send us 2 to 3 photos of each room you wish for us to review and depending on what you require (please see below options) we will send you back  recommendations.

 

Option 01 - 2 Rooms for $50

Option 02 - 3 Rooms for $70

Option 03 - 4 Rooms for $90

 

  • You will receive;

    • Up to 3 Key Recommendations for each room

    • Prioritised Action List

    • Additional 15 to 30 minutes of phone/email support as required depending on your chosen option.

 

Mood Boards can be provided for each room for an additional $45 per room.

 

Note: Rooms could be an outdoor area, or front entrance and not an actual room!!

 

 

Optional extras in addition to the home styling package include:

 

  • project management for additional services such as cleaning, gardening, painting and general home maintenance services by qualified and reputable providers.

  • general accessory selection and installation.

  • furniture rental (vacant properties)

  • designer photography

  • fresh flowers and pre-open home inspections

  • floor plans

  • Lawn/garden maintenance
